6-7 lakh per annum is the fees for government medical colleges.Since you have got 336 marks which is very low so according to me you have least chance of getting into government medical college with such less marks unless you are in a reserved category since the cut off usually goes atleast 450 marks.
The fees for private college is around 5 lakh per year minimum where also you canonly have chances if you are is reserved category since cut off for general category is minimum 350+.
