can I get 90plus percentage in 12th boards if I will firstly finish my syllabus( theory) and then previous years question papers.

Yes it is easy to get 90 percentage in board exams board exams are more about writing the exam rather then the knowledge itself because there are many students are not the most intellectual of the class but even is score better than others.
