Can I get a chance in JEE-MAINS again if I reappear for 12th boards six years after doing it before?

According to eligibility criteria for JEE Mains., though there is no age limit to give the exam but you should have passed board examination of 2017, examination in or before 2016 are not eligible for Mains 2019 and same applies to JEE Main candidates, they should have appeared in Mains of 2017 or later.
So, unfortunately you are not eligible for JEE Mains of 2019.
But keep trying in your life on different things.
