Telling for sure isn't possible.
The thing i can tell is there are very less chances of getting a seat in government College.
As your rank is not upto to get a seat in any government college.

I would suggest you to give a try in private colleges.If you are applying for government Colleges then even apply for low rated Colleges so that there will be a way to get a seat.

If not give a try in private colleges.rank varies from.college to college so telling for sure is not possible.
You can give a try in as many as collges you want.
Do a thing apply in larger number of colleges so that one or other college confirm your application.
