There is no donation seat or like that. Sri Ramachandra medical college is deemed medical college which have two type of seats management quota and NRI quota seat.
For getting admission in any medical college of India you will have to appear in NEET UG exam and you will have to score minimum qualifying percentile which is 50th percentile to be eligible. Being eligible not guaranteed you a seat in medical college. According to neet marks and ranks college are allotted in neet all india quota counseling and State counseling.
Last year Cut off marks for Sri Ramachandra medical college, chennai was 406 marks for management quota seats.
Without neet marks and ranks,you can't study mbbs neither in india or abroad according to NMC rule.
So if you want to be study mbbs and you are indian citizen,you must appear for the neet exam and score as good as you can to grab good medical college.
