Yes based upon your rank you can surely get admission for CSE at IIMT Fee waiver scheme. But as you rank is good you can also get into better colleges like GLBAJAJ/ABES/IPEC. You may not get fee waiver seat here but these colleges are far better than IIMT. So try to take admission in these mentioned colleges.
