In order to get admission in government college for 450 marks in NEET if you are a sc category is possible if you belong to other state domicile. But competition is too high among candidates to get admission in government colleges.

If you want admission in any government college in Delhi, then you have to score more than 525 to get admission in a government college.

You have to score more than 500 to get admission in a government college.

You may get a seat in government medical college with 450 marks in neet but it depends on your state of domicile, but you haven't mentioned it.

For example , If I tell you about bihar in neet 2018, then in 2018 lowest marks that got a seat in government medical college under state quota for sc category in bihar was 429 marks and it was for Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri, Nalanda . So yes you may get a seat in government medical college with 450 marks
But cut off marks for Medical Colleges keeps changing depending upon several factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc.
So, I would suggest you to score at least 500 marks or more if you belong to sc category. Also more is your marks better is the college you get
