Hey aspirant,

Your marks of 488 corresponds to a All India rank of about 52000-58000, which based on previous year's cutoff seems like you do have a chance of getting an MBBS seat under government quota for Hyderabad-Karnataka region. Please note that this not a 'free seat' because you'll have to still pay some fees, which will definitely be much lesser than management seat fees. Going by previous year's cutoff, you may have a chance at Vydehi Institute of Medical sciencesin Bangalore, Khwaja Bande Nawaz Medical college in Gulbarga etc. and so on.
