But Government medical colleges at AIQ rank 11,807 under 85% state quota admission is quite possible if you belong to North Eastern states like Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, etc as those states will have cutoff in the range of 450-460s and will have an intake for AIQ rank uptil 20,000.
