As you are from Maharashtra and you want mbbs college in Uttar Pradesh, it will be difficult to get Medical seat in UP with this score as you must have not be having Uttar Pradesh domicile. You may get state quota seat in Maharashtra.

Though it is possible through all India  quota seats in Up but cut offs are high for AIQ, cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off etc.

since the cutoff is generally high in government colleges, it is really tough for you to get a govt mbbs seat with 309 in neet. they will ask above 600 at least. but then you will get private colleges. that too good one. so go for state counselling or private colleges
