Yes, you have good chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges. Here is a previous year cut off for your reference, according to your category-

1. Government Medical College, Barmer- 599

2. Government Medical College, Anantpur- 571

3. SV Medical College, Tirupati- 595

4. RIMS, Ongole- 583

5. Government Medical College, Shahdol- 553
