See there is no 100% accurate method to calculate rank from percentile but if we go through previous years trends than on such percentile your rank is expected in the range of 53,000 – 59,000 . Note that this is not your exact rank because it might have slight variations to the actual rank.

On such rank and category it's quite difficult to get seat in any government college through MHT CET Counselling because if we go through last year's data then it shows that last year the minimum percentile required for government colleges were around 90-95+ percentile.
