Can I get a Government Dental Seat in 300 marks in General category?
Hi Shaikh,
The cutoff for admission is different every year. It variates from state to state and college to college.
And so it would be difficult to predict as the cutoff depends on many factors like :-
- Number of students appearing in the exam,
- The difficulty level of the exam and related such.
The cutoff is released for 85% state quota seats and for 15% AIQ seats.
If you're applying through 85% state quota seats, then a minimum of 480-510+ (UR) score will do for admission in a government college for dental course.
If you belong to a reserved category then 420-50+ score can get you a seat. Whereas for 15% AIQ seats, at least 500+ is required.
Scoring 300 or near can get you a seat in private college. So try to keep high target and score maximum possible to increase your chances of admission in your desired college.
- Hope you will like it.
