Dear Aspirant,
You can get a very good government Medical college for studying BHMS or Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery. In 2019, the NEET cutoff marks for BHMS in a good government Medical college was 420. To study in a normal Medical college, a candidate required to score 400. For semi-private Medical College, a candidate needed to score 360 and for good private institutes, the student needed to secure above 320 marks in NEET. Furthermore, the NEET cutoff marks for a very normal Medical College was just scoring close to 270 marks in NEET. Infact, some of them only wanted the candidates to have secured only the qualifying marks in NEET to be able to get admission in low tier private medical colleges for studying BHMS.
As the number of applicants have increased and perhaps also the number of seats( although not with the extent the number of applicants has increased), the cutoff may have been extended by a little margin of +- 10 to 15 marks. But such a change won't affect your chances of getting admission in a good government Medical College and you will probably be able to get admission in the desired Medical College that you want.
Before joining any of the Institutes, make sure that you compare these colleges against each other to know by yourself which is the better college for you to pursue graduation. In order to compare colleges, all you need to do is to just click on this URL:-
