Dear aspirant, as you have not mentioned your category it's difficult to tell you accurate answer. According to your All india rank in NEET 2019 ,their is less chances for you to get seat in government medical college in UP but through state quota in general category their is chances for you to get seat in UP rural institute of Medical sciences & Research, Etawah.
