Hello aspirant
It seems difficult to predict college for getting mbbs seat (though being sc category candidate 359 is a good score )as it depends upon neet cut off 2024 .
Cut off keeps changing every year and depends upon certain factors such as number of candidates who appeared in Neet exam, difficulty level of exam, student's performance, availability of seat and previous year's cut off etc.
This year cut off is very high .
Cut off neet for 2024 , general category candidate is 50th percentile ie score between 720-164.
For SC/ST/OBC it is 40th percentile ie score between 163 -129

Predicting an MBBS seat through NEET is difficult because the cut-off marks change every year depending on various factors. However, with 359 marks for the ST category, it might be challenging to secure a government MBBS seat under AIQ or even Telangana state quota.
While the exact cut-off for 2024 isn't available yet, previous years' data suggests the cut-off for the ST category in Telangana can be higher than 359. AIQ seats typically have higher cut-offs compared to state quotas. It's likely the cut-off for the ST category might be above 359 for AIQ seats as well. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/mbbs-colleges-in-india-without-entrance-exam-fee-structure-fsa I hope it helps!
