Can i get a govt. medical college(mbbs) if i have 300 marks in neet 2018 through central pool quota (father is in armed force)?

The points of Armed Forces can't help you since your marks are very less. Try next time with all your sincerity and efforts, you will surely got the seat.

Sorry to say but there are very less chances of getting admission in any govt college with these marks but you can get any of the govt college.

Sorry to say but chances are very slim with this score in All India Quota. The reservation quota you have mentioned, might be applicable in your state counseling.
Besides, if you do not get a government seat, you have chances for private medical college seat.
