can i get a higher preference seat in the same college if i choose float in the first round of josaa counselling

With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that you can defintately get upgraded your seat if you have choosen in your preferred stream before your current alloted stream and if you havent freezed your seat , So if you are rank is below the rank of upgrared seat then you will be definately upgraded with the stream
