Just visit the official link I've provided, you'll get complete information about application process and similar such details.
Last date for filling of this form is 14th November, 2019 while Entrance Test will be conducted on 30th November, 2019 and results are likely to be out by 6th December, 2019.

The official starts from in some days. Once the official notification is released, authorities will also release the website to fill in the applications.
