Hello Aspirant,
looking at your specifications about the fees of 4 lacs per annum and 30 lacs package there are quite a few colleges in the state of bihar where you could try and apply
- Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College and Lions Seva Kendra hospital- approx 4 lacs
- Kathihar Medical college
But also to inform you with your marks its quite difficult for you to get a private medical college through state quota admissions as well
But you could find accurate results by using our Neet college predictor from the below link

2. IIMSR Lucknow- Integral Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The total fees here is approximately Rs 45 Lakhs.
3. Apollo Institute of Medical Science and Research, Hyderabad, Telangana. The total fees here is approximately Rs 27 Lakhs.
4. Dr Ambedkar Medical College, Banglore, Karnataka. The total fees here is approximately Rs 32 Lakhs.
5. NMCH- Narayana Medical College and Hospital, Jamuhar, Bihar. The total fees here is approximately Rs 57 Lakhs.

I hope this information helped you.
All the best, have a great day ahead!
As per my knowledge I don't think so you will get good mbbs college at 250 marks (need 450+ marks ) as if it is possible then everyone will do mbbs with private
The bams course private college fees through management quota is 2-4 lakh per annum and you are talking about mbbs
So if you are thinking that you will get private at this price for mbbs it seems almost negligible for you !!
In my opinion you can try for bams/ bhms courses through management quota this will have under 30 lakh package
And if you thinking for private mbbs then you should have 40 lakh -1 crore !!!
And after neet ug you have to give neet pg for md/ms so there is long way to go!!!
Please things wisely ,in my opinion don't go for private do little hard and smart work you will get good college with less price!!
If you want college this year then you can use college predictor tool and know the chances of any mbbs college for you!!!
