First of all,I would like to congratulate for your marks.Getting 90 marks in AP EAMCET is the best thing. Being a candidate of BC-B along with 90 marks+intermediate merit, you have chances of getting seat of Veterinary or Agriculture.Last year, I got Agricultural seat. I am from Non farmerr l quota with BC-A. Never lose your hope regarding anything.Life has more for you.In Andhrapradesh, Veterinary course has it's University in Tirupathi & for Agriculture course, the best University in A.P is ACHARYA NG RANGA AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY.(Bapatla, Naira, Mahanandhi, Tirupathi, Rajamundry). There will be two categories during counseling.They are AU and SVU regions.Based on seat vacancy, you will be allotted a university or if your rank is very good among all candidates, you can chose ur clg.The main thing is never fail to attend counseling.Last year, counseling was held at Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University,Lam, Guntur.I went there and at first I didn't got seat in first counseling.Latet, I got my seat in second counseling.So, according to my knowledge my advices are these things.Stay home.Stay safe
