You need a better score.

As the competition is increasing day by day it will be very difficult for you to secure a seat in any govt medical College through all India quota, if you belong to a general category as the expected cut-off marks for general category will be 550+ marks but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
