can i get a seat in dayananda sagar college of engineering with ranking of 28000 in COMEDK for CSE or ISE branch.what is cutoff of this clg

Accordingly CSE branch closes at 5500 rank so it is not possible for you to get cse.
You may easily get other branches however.

I'm sorry to inform you but according to previous year statistics the max closing rank of cse branch is around 3.5k in Dayanand sagar engineering college and for ise branch it is around 8.5 k but apart from cse and ise branch you can get admission in other branches of this college like civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation as your rank satisfies these branches cut offs
