Management quota gives opportunity to students getting low marks but their criteria is atleast getting valid number in neet examination. No. You need to qualify NEET qualify score even for management seat in Mbbs and the marks depends on your caste quota. If u are open category definitely u can't get into management seat with 150 marks.

The main point is that u need to qualify NEET to get into mbbs in any institution in india
