Firstly you have to give state level exam conducted by state as in Andhra Pradesh we have EAMCET in order to get into it. Or if you haven't give this exam then then you can also ether through management quota as per guidelines followed by mgvr ..

The MVGR college of engineering in Andhra Pradesh is an autonomous college , which usually selects students based on the counselling done by Andhra Pradesh state government usually known by the name,EAMCET.The eligibility criteria required for the candidates are just that the 12th standard pass percentage should be 50% or above for the aggregate subjects,and you should have appeard for the EAMCET counselling.
