I see that you have got 7000 rank in jee mains in sc category. It's a good rank but it is not so good that it will get a seat in nit warangal. Even you are hs quota , then also it is not possible.

But you may go for other nit's there you will have a chance to get a seat , but not in nit trichy, warangal, surathkal etc.
