can i get a seat in nsut delhi with 63 percentile. I am from sc category and from Telangana (outer state). if I get seat, in which branches I will get a seat. if I don't get a seat, how much percentile should I get to get eee branch in nsut delhi

Very first thing I would like to make you clear that there is no EEE branch in NSUT Delhi. to know which courses are offered in NSUT Delhi refer to the link given below :-

According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question you approximate rank would be near about 3.3 Lakhs and on the basis of this rank it is little bit difficult or even not possible to get NSUT Delhi even if you are SC candidate.
I would recommend you to appear in second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of more than 85 percentile for NSUT Delhi.
