can i get a seat in private medical college in up neet second round counselling 2019? My score is 264 and im a domicile of up. please reply!

Dear candidate,
I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have less chance of getting into private medical college with this marks.Your marks are very low even for a private college for state quota so you can't get a seat in private college until you are in a reserved category like SC or ST.
You can get private college by management quota by directly applying to the college.
