You have not mentioned your category so it is difficult to say about your admission. I assume you belong to general category. If my assumption is correct then I don't think you will get a very good private college but you can look for Deemed Universities. In case you are from SC/ST/OBC then I think you have a chance in getting good colleges and you might even get a government college as well in later rounds. With domicile the chances of you getting a college would obviously increase.

Last year the last rank to get a private medical college through Maharashtra State Counselling was 97845 under general category. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a private medical college in Maharashtra through state counselling. But, you can get deemed universities in Maharashtra through All India Counselling. You can apply for the second round of All India Counselling which will start from 18 November 2020.
