PESSAT University has well defined process and infrastructure in place administred by experienced teachers and administrators. The tests are designed to provide a credible measure of students aptitude and ability to cope up with the academic demands of the programs offered. You may get a chance. I cannot say surly because cutoff rank will change year to year their is no fixed cutoff ranks.
