In KCET counselling, OBC category is divided into 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B sub categories, so as you haven't mentioned that, but still, going by previous year cutoff trends, chances of admission for Veterinary Science course (B.V.Sc.) seems tough. For admission at government veterinary colleges, cutoff for OBC category students is in the range of 2000-3000. However it would help if you had any quota like NCC or Ex-defence.
You can however opt for other courses like B.Pharm, which you can get admission through KCET and can even join paramedical courses without NEET.
