You can't get a seat now via NEET 2020, as the cut-offs, percentile, ranks, difficulty level, counseling criteria, NEET rules vary each other. You can only grab a seat in the year for which you've been given NEET. Also, for grabbing a seat your selection is essential in NEET Counseling and you've reported within the required number of days else, you might lose your seat. However, if you want you can try preparing and then appear for NEET 2022.
