In neet 2019, 464 marks was the lowest marks that was required for sc category for getting a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut under UP State quota.

So , with just 400 marks in NEET examination you may not get a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut even if you belong to sc category.

Also, cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc

So , you should target least 500 marks  to be on the safer side
