So with this rank it is difficult to get admission in some branches of HBTU Kanpur like Paint Technology, Oil Technology, Food Technology etc. If the counselling goes to spot round (if seat remains vacant after 3rd round counselling) then you can also get admission in some other branches like Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering.
