It'd be difficult for you to get a BAMS seat in this score. You'll be eligible for BAMS if you belong to the 50th Percentile (unreserved category) and 40th percentile (reserved category SC/ST) in NEET ranking, while the cut-off for BAMS is 400+ for General Candidate.
