There are some BTech colleges that do not participate in the JEE Main counselling and conduct admissions either through their own entrance exam or through state level entrance exams.

As there are many colleges which don’t consider JEE score for B.tech admission. You can also apply for different state entrance exam if you missed on JEE or you can also look for the colleges which offer Direct admission without any extra fees. The only problem you will be facing is that you won't be eligible to apply in the central government colleges. You can apply for the various state entrance exams and enter into a state college. Plus, you can also do your BTech from private colleges. Each of them have a minimum percentage criteria in class 12 for applying.
