hope you have done your 10th ecams well, firstly to get into diploma in ambedhakar college you have to appear the CET and you should have a minimun you should have good score as well. kindly go through the link

Yes, you can persue diploma in engineering after 10th or 12th in dr. Babasaheb ambedkar marathavada university. You can also get lateral admission directly in 2nd year after b.sc. I think this will answer your query.
