The cut off marks for Stanley Medical College, Tamil Nadu was 576 under All India Quota and 484 under state quota in 2018. The cut off marks change every year therefore, the cut off marks can decrease or increase in a 50% probability. If you want admission under state quota then you have a good chance with your score of 565 however, admission through All India Quota might be a little difficult.
