Yes it is possible in some of the colleges.For this,you need to contact college authorities about migration to other colleges.You need to the other college's eligibility criteria for admissions too.

Very rare chances. If you want to change your college you have to start again from the very first year. Chances are that making this kind of move may not be in your best interests. So, It would be better to stick to the same college you are studying now.

The migration criteria varies college to college as all have their own norms for the same so it is advisable to talk to both college's authority to know what exact criteria they follow.
