Yes admissions are still open Komal, but there wont be any top college providing you any calls for admissions since your scores are quiet low. Maybe you can try and reappear for the entrances and score good and try next year.

Colleges like Symbiosis have their own examination for entrance called SNAP which is conducted for specifically their group of colleges. Similarly we have XAT for Xavier's and TISSNET for TISS, and many more though these are few top brands anyone would recommend. Hope you got a clear idea now.
