No, you cannot get admission for the academic year 2022-23 based in JEE Main 2021 score. JEE Main score is valid only for that particular year. You have to appear for JEE Main 2022 to get admission in the year 2022. If you haven't applied for JEE Main 2022 yet you may apply for JEE Main 2022 session 2 which will be conducted in July on 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th, 2022

The registrations for JEE Main 2022 Session 2 will start soon. NTA will release the schedule for JEE Main 2022 session 2 anytime soon.
