Hi Ronak,
There is a provision for transfer or migration from one college to another however you will be required to give NOC to the college in which you want admission and the college you will be leaving will not essit give you the NOC. Before asking for NOC please do confirm from the college administration in which you are willing to take admission as to whether seat is available or not.
