Yes you can get admission in second year of engineering in coep but before that you have to complete the diploma course in your field and then apply for the counseling on the basis of your marks obtained in diploma course.

YES, you can have direct Admission in the second year in COEP but for that you have to possess a 3 Year full time Diploma in Engineering and then apply for Direct Second Year Engineering Admissions.

Yes , in any college you can take admission in second year of engineering. This is known as Diploma course. For the admission process contact the respective college you want to take admission in.
