With 82% it is quite difficult to get seat in B.Sc (Hons.) in Chemistry in any college of Delhi University with General category and as you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately.

Hii dear,
Delhi University is one of the prestigious college of India. It's cutoff remains always higher, it's last cut off goes to 85% for popular courses.
It's difficult to get admission on merit basis at 82%.
If you belong to reserved catogary then there are chances for you to get admission in Delhi University.
