Can I get admission in a BS MS programme only on what I scored in my 12th board exam?

This wholly depends on the institute you are applying to. However, it is highly unlikely that any of the top institutes would give admission based on the 10+2 marks alone. The institutes either ask for JEE score or the score of their respective entrance tests.
