JIPMER scores have nothing to do with the NEET scores. It doesn't actually matter how much you score in JIPMER, because that score will only help you to get into JIPMER. For all the other medical colleges, except for AIIMS, NEET scores are mandatory and it is the only way that will help you get into those colleges.
