Yes, there are two ways to get admission in government colleges for BAMS course either through 15% all india quota or 85% state quota.
For AIQ, AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India is conducting the counselling for (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) which includes seats including Government, Government Aided, Private/ Deemed Universities/Central Universities/National Institutes.

For state quota, you may apply for it in your home state and the counselling will held separately for which you have to apply for it separately.
