There are few colleges which don't work through NEET, and hence they conduct their own exam at various centres all over the country.
AIIMS is like one of such colleges.
So, you have to apply for AIIMS exam separately through it's website.

AIIMS conducts its own exam as it is an institute of national importance. So you can’t get admission in AIIMS using NEET exam score.

For admission in AIIMS you have to give AIIMS UG entrance exam. This is the only way to get into all the AIIMS institutes
