Yes, you can get admission. The criteria of AP PGECET-2019 says that people above 21 years who are permanent reseidents of either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana are eligible for this.And also if you have a GATE score, then you are eligible for direct admission to various M.Tech programmes.All the best.
