No, the chances for you getting a government college are less. And if you're a general candidate it's not possible as government college neet cutoff is always above 500 and 600 for bds and MBBS. For other ayush courses like bams, bhms, BVSc you should score minimum 350 for getting a government college.
As cutoff changes each year you can try for ayush courses. For mbbs and bds it'll also be difficult for private colleges or get it through management quota but the fees will be much more.
